Sponsorship Program

EMANA´s Sponsorship Program allows supporting congregations, United Methodist Women's groups, Youth Groups, individuals and families to come to know high school students in Chile at Instituto Kusayapu and be involved in their future.  By connecting students with Sponsors the benfits to our students are great.  First, we ask your daily prayers.  We have learned from experience that your prayers, the prayers of your family or group, not only impact the daily life of the student, but of their families, fellow students and teachers as well.  Second, we urge our Sponsors to communicate in writing to their student...the Emana office Secretary will make sure your letters and cards are translated, as will be the letters from the students in response.  Your annual Sponsorship assists Emana in providing educational materials and meeting day to day needs of your student at our boarding school, Kusayapu.

We invite you to contact Emana regarding the Sponsorship of one of our students.  The process is simple.  By mailing your check for $250 through the Advance and noting "Advance 14791T-Sponsorship" or by sending your check, payable to Corporacion Metodista and mailing it to: Corporacion Metodista, EMANA, Casilla 832, Iquique, Chile... the staff of Emana and Kusayapu will send you a photo and biography of your selected student.  Mail is currently taking about 2 to 3 weeks to reach you from Chile, so the turn around time is not long.  Soon you will be corresponding with your student, remembering to pray for them, remembering them on their birthday and graduation, and affecting not only their lives, but the lives of their families.
